I'm looking for a recommendation for a tailor to produce some linen shirts and shorts.

I suspect most just send it to the same sweatshops but if you know someone who isn't into shiny suits and 1970s flared collar shirts and who can produce decent work in linen, please let me know.

Pretty sure that's the place I stopped at awhile back. 1500 baht shirts and 2500 baht slacks, not sure about shorts. I never had any made, just kicking the tires

they could probably all do a decent job if you picked out the materials.

I have used 2 or 3 around the back of Tukcom.

Many tailors out there, all much of the same.

If you dont want stock "shiny suits" go deep into the back of the big market opposite Wat Yan, many sellers of materials, sell by the yard off rolls, silk, cotton, denim etc. select what you fancy and take it to the tailor of your choice.

They may also tell you some contacts of the good tailors at the back of Tuk Com.
