Phu Quoc's unique visa policy positions it as a hassle-free tropical destination in Asia. Unlike Bali, which requires a visa-on-arrival or an e-visa process, Phu Quoc eliminates such administrative steps, boosting its reputation among international tourists. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to offer integrated travel experiences, combining ease of access with unique tourism offerings.

Since April 17, Sun PhuQuoc Airways has added convenience with hotel check-in services available at Sun Group properties like La Festa Phu Quoc and New World Phu Quoc Resort. This service allows passengers to check in, receive boarding passes, and drop off their luggage directly at participating hotels. Baggage is separately handled under aviation security regulations for flights during designated times.

Additionally, Phu Quoc has expanded its nighttime attractions. Sunset Town hosts nightly fireworks displays and attractions tied to Guinness World Records. Highlights include the Hon Thom Cable Car, the world's longest three-wire cable car, and the Sun Bavaria GastroPub, the largest beachfront beer hall.
