Hi All, on the form 48R application to visit Australia, there is a question that asks "have you ever, been convicted of a crime or offence in any country etc etc" Some monthjs ago my TGF was booked by the police for not wearing a helmut on her motorbike. (Which at the time I found hilarious) Does anybody think this very minor fine should be declared to Australian Immigration when filling out the application???
