The NSR250 has a few different models here as the years went on, the latest ones having gull wing rear swing arm. Go for the latest you can find, early to middle 90's, you will pay at least 50K baht for a really clean registered one. Dont buy cheap as the 2 stroke engine will be stuffed, will need rings minimum, most likely sleeve and pistons though which is costly.

Why anyone would want one of these smoke belching noise monsters is beyond me, a Super 4 is a far better bike for Bangkok and can be ridden up country to places like Chiang Mai in relative comfort.
