According to the Manila Police Department (MPD), the suspect first approached a vendor, allegedly drawing a gun without provocation. This was followed by a confrontation with a parking attendant regarding a missing motorcycle helmet. When the attendant, known as 'Ali,' denied knowledge of the helmet, the officer allegedly threatened him with the firearm, causing him to flee.

Authorities promptly arrested the patrolman, who was carrying a 9mm pistol loaded with 13 rounds. He is linked to the Southern Police District, though his identity and that of the victims remain undisclosed. The suspect was taken to the Barbosa Police Station and faces two counts of grave threats.

The police worldwide think they are untouchable. It is good to prove they are not on occasion but I wonder what will happen to him. Perhaps a tap on the wrist.
