Thailand should be proud of these two young men:

Two Thai cadets, Peerawat Chusak ("Lucky") and Nontayos Phacharaphongploen ("Non"), graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in May 2026. Both belong to class 73 of the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy (CRMA)

During the past 80 years 25 Thai cadets have graduated from West Point. Getting into and completing 4 years at West Point and earning the title of 2nd Lieutenant or the Thai equivalent is difficult. Even more so when home is 9000 miles away. This accomplishment is even more impressive considering all classroom instruction, academic work and all military training is conducted in English. Well done and best luck of in their military careers.
