JI are the people who bring Premier League football to Thailand, by phone, laptop and TV, with English commentary, through Monomax and AIS. That service is via subscription.

JAS has the rights as from yesterday and will announce all details today at 15:00.

Are some of the games being shown on BBC iPlayer? Like for example a "FIFA World Cup" Match of the Day"?

All (or certainly most) of the games are on BBC and ITV. Any IPTV service will give you access.

Indeed, ITV and the BBC are the main broadcasters for the UK. In Thailand, MONOMAX appears to be the relevant platform, although it probably requires a paid subscription.

In Australia, SBS On Demand streams all 104 matches live and free, including replays, mini-matches, and highlights. The service is restricted to viewers in Australia because World Cup broadcasting rights are sold on a regional basis. Registration with an email address is required, but no paid package is needed. The service is ad-supported. From Thailand, SBS On Demand is only accessible if you connect through a VPN server in Australia. Here's a screenshot:

Forgot to add this link for Australia’s SBS On Demand:

I could not find today’s 02:00 Qatar vs Switzerland match in Kodi’s BBC iPlayer WWW add-on, so this might suggest that the BBC does not broadcast all games live.

iPlayer had Brazil v Morocco and Haiti v Scotland live this morning. I used a VPN (and lied when they asked if I had a television license).

Try Boyz Town (just kidding)

The matches are split between BBC and ITV. That one was on ITV.
