Expat Census In Thailand

Apologies if this question has already been answered. I searched, but no joy.

Can anyone tell me how many expats live in Thailand, and where are they distributed? (Or where I might look?)

I think it would be interesting to know where they came from also, if there are any statistics. (But where?)

Don't know where they are from, or where they mostly are (probably BKK),

but I read somewhere that the figure is about 500,000.
