If you have to do 90 day report in person (left the country). Can you go to CW 15 days before due date?

Are there any new ridiculous stipulations, forms, or other things that might sabotage my all day expensive unnecessary excursion. Many thanks.

PS. If I just blow this off will it F up my marriage visa extension in September? I know the 2000bht penalty just wondering if it will cause some misplaced arrogance from the usual suspects.

Yes you can do it in person 15 days before the due date. You could also do it by mail. Or you could use an agent (anybody can do it), or maybe the Bumungrad Hospital reporting service for instance. Many options.

Just to add... If you opt for report via mail do it 15 days prior. Not less.

You can use an agent.

@ThaiVisaCentre has a process online. Makes it easy.

I also had trip abroad however was unable to attend in person (mobility)

As a result I will be doing my report on day on next extension (October)

and paying 2k fine

Really, Save Yourself them ugly words and do your 90 day online - 15 days before and up to 7 days after. have done it for 1 1/2 years.

If you miss you 90 Day plus 7 days, yes, you will get fined Thb2,000.00 in person, Thb4,000.00 if they catch you themselves.

Will not affect you marriage visa renewal. 2 different business area's. As for the Arrogant T.I.O, just smile and pay.

We definitely don't recommend simply ignoring the requirement and paying the fine.

All you need to do is submit your details through our website, and we'll handle the entire process by visiting Immigration in person on your behalf. Once completed, we'll email you a digital copy of your receipt the same day we receive it, and we'll also mail the original receipt back to you (with EMS tracking).

I just got my 90 day online report rejected, even though it has exact the same information as I used when I did my first 90 report in person after being in Abroad. And I hate no information why they rejected it.

I was abroad earlier this year (March) my online report was rejected.

I knew it would be but did it out of research.

BTW. I have skipped going in person (accident with back) and will skip another before my next extension in Nov and cop a fine.

There's never any harm in trying online first. There have been lots of reports of people being approved when they knowingly should have been rejected. And since the reporting window starts at 15 days before the due date, and you can still go in person up until 7 days after the due date without any penalty, it's probably best practice to try online right as the window opens.

Asked my Landlord to do a new TM30 and I tried once again. Got rejected again so another day of lost income and sit and wait for nothing. They say its "Free" well no cost, but cost money to get there and one day of lost Income, so its actually pretty expensive.

What I don't like when its rejected you do not get a reason why and the reply states:

"Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected. Please contact the nearest Immigration Office in person immediately."

When it says "immediately" it feels like Im to late already or have a serious problem. Could just skip that word.

I had a reason on my last rejection;

"For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required."

And also no "immediately". Good to see they have a variety of rejection messages.

it ALWAYS accepts the submission and u will always get a email back ( within minutes)
stating ur report has successfully been submitted as its automated

90 day online system is a stand alone automated local system that isn't synced to the main entry/exit database

When you complete the TM47 online, it requests your last arrival date in Thailand.

For example, if your last entry was 24th July 2024, then you depart for a visit to your homeland on 2nd Feb 2026, you can still complete the online report from overseas, as nothing changes, your last entry date was still 24th July 2024.
Indeed you can also continue to submit online reports after returning to Thailand, providing you still enter the same last entry date of 24th July 2024. (Not recommended).

However usually once reinterring Thailand again, say 2nd March 2026 and now completing the online form with the new and correct last entry date of 2nd March 2026, then your online application will automatically be rejected due to a change in the information the database already holds on file.
After reentry the first 90 day report should be due 89 days after the date of entry, as the date of entry is count one of the 90 days.

The reason you have to then report in person is because your new due date is now out of sync with the automated database, and a local IO has to manually reset the next due date into the database.

I checked with some agents and 500-1000 baht and a 7 day process time, And must send my passport around, I have 2 ugly red Late 90 stamps in my Passport already, I do not want a third. Online should work better.

That crucial 1 day (14 v 15) makes all the difference, I'm afraid. Presumably your office is also CW, as in the OP's case?

Yes, and them must have stricten the rules, when it worked for me earlier I do not recall ever send in exact on 15 day before, and I can not find information on their webpage it has to be 15 days exactly, it just say "Can be 15 days in advance"
