July 2Jul 2 Many online sellers but no way of knowing which grains will produce a good quality kefir. If you can recommend a source that you're satisfied with, I'd appreciate the contact details. Thanks.
July 4Jul 4 Milk kefir or water kefir grains? I use both.I'm going to guess that you're looking for milk kefir grains. I used a Lazada seller called malee.baibua.Typically, the amount online sellers provide is small but can be grown and expanded over a week or two in small batches. Edited July 4Jul 4 by IsaanT
July 4Jul 4 FUN FACT: Kefir comes from the Turkish word Keif and literally means "pleasure" Which by co-in-ci-dence is exactly the same as the totally unrelated Arab slang word keif, which means sifted ganja 😅 Edited July 4Jul 4 by SiSePuede419 Clarification

Great for a healthy digestive system. Edited July 4Jul 4 by IsaanT

Makes one of the most potent probiotic concoctions I've ever used.I make my overnight oats in batches of three so the last one lasts three days in the fridge. I wasn't aware that it became more potent but Gemini agrees with you, as it is consumed within 72 hours.I include dried raisins in mine in the initial mix. They plump up nicely overnight. Lastly, I add cinnamon, chopped banana, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds, with a small drizzle of honey. It's a great way to start the day.
