Its now possible to apply for a bitcoin debit card whilst living LOS

It seems that I am able to apply for a bitcoin style debit card with the company below thats based in Gibraltar

I just read that the annual fee is usd1000... so this card might be off putting for many folk. But if your bags are full with bitcoin then maybe its a piss in the wind.
