It is a known condition and indeed debilitating.

There are no authenticated cures but a physical routine of alternately standing on either leg, bending the other at the knee while stretching both arms out parallel to the ground and breathing deeply has proven to be beneficial in patients in a Mayo Clinic study.

Also, avoid food items that may cause gas. Gas is a known aggravator, while obviously a nuisance to caregivers.

This has nothing to do with anti-vaxx. It's real.

Yes this is very real and I also know about the spike protein and I am desperately trying to make sense of what is happening to my body and not give up but being basic’s bedridden this long has been unbearable  . Experiencing a profound physical collapse, living with relentless suffering and exercise intolerance , feeling isolated are incredibly heavy things to carry, and the Yale study has been one of many that has finally shown what is happening . The Yale study and others have brought some awareness to Dr.’s but still very few know about how to address this very debilitating situation . Dr. Michael Maes in Bangkok  is a researcher and clinician focused on ME/CFS, neuro-inflammatory and oxidative stress aspects of the condition. He has worked in Bangkok (previously associated with clinics like Maes Clinics @ TRIA or Piyavate Hospital area). Contacting him may be helpful but looking for anyone that has had any help with post vaccine syndrome me/cfs here in Bangkok thank you again 🙏🏻

You might want to give Nicotine patches a try, as seem to help some folks. No personal experience myself. AI states mixed results, though doubtful the medical corporate world would endorse such a low cost solution.

I think you did the right thing by speaking out here, Medimedia. I am truly sorry for you, and hope you can get some relief. I tried hard, between 2021 and 2023, to dissuade people from taking these shots, but unfortunately, it was largely to no avail.

As you can see, those who are usually quick to come and give health advice in this subforum are nowhere to be seen in this thread. Nobody wants to hear or talk about the numerous injuries caused by the Covid vaccines.

Have you tried any detox protocols? I assume you have, as you have been in contact with React19.
