We saw the exact same script play out when NARA bypassed standard presidential transition protocols to coordinate the unprecedented invasion and search of Mar a Lago. NARA waited nine months before asking the DOJ to intervene, because Trump was refusing to give back Presidential records, as prescribed by the PRA.
