I am soon to submit for my first extension of a Laos-issued 90-day marriage visa. I am curious to hear from others who have done similar, i.e., overseas-issued marriage visa renewals in Nonthaburi.

Over and above the documents used for application in Laos, what do I need to prepare?

In anticipation of "Why did you do that?" questions... We have only recently got a KR 22 from Nonthaburi Amphoe office despite 27 years of marriage... Also, we make it a adventurous trip, and we like the change of food, environment etc.

So, will I need an up-to-date lease? My landlord died and his estate is not settled! He can't sign a PoA doc for his family to represent him... Do I need to take (more) pics?

The above link is for CW however Nonthaburri will be similar/same.

One issue that I don't see any obvious solution to is your land Lord has passed and you cannot provide TM30 or lease for immigration
