Awful Apps!

Featured Replies

So many bad apps that promise the world but are crap! They ask you 7 stupid questions then want you to sign in then only offer 7 days free! Total rubbish.

Anyway Maps.me is a rare exception. Offline maps that even give you fine details like the workout station location in Bangkok maps. No sign in or money.

Well done to Maps.me for being great!

Shame on the others!

I stopped using Maps.me, can't beat googlemaps

Now look--why would any intelligent guy--like you, Rocky--bother with "apps". They're just tools to surveil you and make it easy to spend your money.

Honestly, you don't need any of them!

Google Translate is the classic. Lots of apps around claiming that Google Translate is outdated, unreliable and inaccurate. They all require you to wade through advertisements or pay a subscription. Google Translate does everything they do, and is free!
