I have a US Bank Annuity that I will have to move to an international bank as I am moving permanently from US to Thailand and US Bank won't accept a Thai address.

I'm not looking to generate monthly income, just a 100% safe bank to park it and grow at a fixed rate.

Any recommendations?

Why don’t you move it to another American bank that will accept a foreign address? I don’t think international banks exist, per se. Although there are large banks with a multinational presence.

You can join the State Department Federal Credit Union (sdfcu.org) if you join American Citizens Abroad (americansabroad.org) first. No US address is required and family members can join as well.

True, joined 6 years ago when BOA cancelled my 50 year account as I had moved overseas. Full service credit cards, etc.

Can you name only one as an example please?🤔

A bank that is has no requirements and any US citizen able to open a savings/checking account.

As suggested be @Everyman , try another US bank. Otherwise, Danish Saxo Bank (https://www.home.saxo) might be a possibility for "international banking", they have a branch in Singapore.

Thanks for all the information. Turns out my Washington State credit union isn't above looking the other way about "adding" a P.O. box to my accounts when I mentioned I was planning on buying some cd's. I have banked with them over 40 years so we have established a serious relationship, one that has lasted longer than any woman I ever got involved with.
