August 18Aug 18 Now that 3BB and AIS has lost the PL rights to show, the only one i believe is MONO MAX, but i have been hearing there is some issues issues when subscribing. I.e. not showing when you log in, problems trying to contact them to get a refund.Has anybody subscribed to the MONO MAX, would you recommend the channel. Cheers
August 18Aug 18 Used Monomax on phone and tv (through TrueIDTv box) last season, during WC and signed up again for this season. They had some teething problems at the beginning of last season and everything OK in recent times. I like the fact you can rematch a game later and they have short and long highlights. I'm OK with using Monomax.
August 26Aug 26 A word of warning about Monomax based on (an unforunate) personal experience, though. If you subsequently need to log into the app after creating your account and have forgotten/misplaced the necessary password, you're basically stuffed since the app does not include any password recovery facility for some mysterious reason. And Monomax were most unhelpful when I put the problem to them, basically telling me that the only solution available to me was to take out a fresh subscription mid-season - which, needless to say, I wasn't prepared to do!The fact that the AIS option is no longer available as an alternative to Monomax as far as the EPL is concerned is, therefore, unwelcome news as far as I am concerned - meaning that it's almost certainly a case of adios EPL for me for the next 5 years at least. August 27Aug 27 Last season I forgot my Monomax password, and I used the login with OTP option. I entered my email address, they sent me a OTP, and I was logged in. I don't know if that's still an option.

When we renewed for this season we paid a little bit extra so that 2 devices can use at the same time. This allows sons to watch at Uni while I watch at home. I'm OK with MonoMax service.

September 13Sep 13 For a TV setup, I’d check that the MonoMax app is supported on the exact smart TV or Android TV box and confirm the device limit on the package. Testing the app before match day is worthwhile; a wired connection usually gives the most reliable picture.
