I have a 5 year car Thai drivers license. I would like to get a motorbike license. Can someone please help me and point me to online resources to learn the rules and how to pass the theory test?
I've been quoted 5K but I think I want to try a cheaper solution, if it exists.

Once I feel comfortable with the theory and exam then I'll practice the practical skills to past the practical.

Where in Thailand are you? Maybe I can point you in the right direction for where to learn to ride a motorbike, if that is part of it. If you only need a licence, I would avoid the social media ads saying, “We can fix it for xxxx baht.”

Honda has courses on which they will provide the motorcycle and teach you all you need to know. I believe they have an arrangement with the DLT that if you pass their evaluation you are exempt from the DLT requirements. I know they have venues in Bangkok and Chiang Mai.

Not sure that will be less than 5000 baht.

The cheapest solution would be to go to your local DLT and apply then take both the theoretical and practical tests. Both of which are not that difficult. If you could do it at 16 or whatever in your own country you can do it here. Should you fail either you can simply rinse and repeat.

TIP:- When doing the practical test the examiners maybe able to provide you with a motorcycle😉
