10 million bounty on Trumps son and wife

A video aired by the Iranian state broadcaster appeared to threaten the youngest son of American President Donald Trump and placed a $10 million bounty on him.

The US Secret Service said it is aware of the video, which was shared by an IRGC-affiliated media, and asked: "Where and how should we kill Barron Trump?"

The video also appeared to share locations allegedly visited by Mr Trump's son, adding that his movements are being "fully monitored". Threats were also previously made to First Lady Melania Trump.

In a statement to CNN, Nate Herring told CNN: “The US Secret Service is aware of the video and investigates anything that can be perceived as a threat toward our protectees. Out of concern for operational security, we do not discuss matters of protective intelligence.”

That would only be the equivalent of US$300,000 in 1914, which was the year that Franz Ferdinand was assassinated and kicked off World War I.
