Don't want that the two opposing health theories - 'germ' v 'terrain' - should dominate this thread. But, we are where we are (Thailand mostly?), and there are many more sick farang here than there should be IMO.

Let's have a brief butchers at two areas. Firstly; what makes us ill in the first place. And. Secondly; how best to ensure our bodies are best equipped to fight the good health fight when called upon to do so.

So, why do we get ill? Essentially it the body becoming unbalanced. Out of kilter. How does it get in that unbalanced mode? Simple. Internal deficiencies. And/or external elements.

Internal deficiencies --- we are of the earth, and we are what we eat, drink and breathe. We evolved (don't want to upset the bibilists here) to live alongside, and within, what we are; a part of nature. We need what nature has to offer to sustain ourselves. We get our nutrients from nature's bountiful larder. All the minerals, vitamins, proteins, carbs & fats that facilitate major, and subtle chemical bio-reactions, to maintain balance are available to us. Water; by far the most important of the intakes. We must drink enough and ensure that it is free from toxins. The air that we breathe, is to a certain extent beyond our control. We do have natural body remedies for all but the worst pollution however.

External elements --- are so numerous and potentially dangerous, that it's a challenge knowing where to start. But let's boil it down to a handful of things. Eating bad food. Food that has no nutritious value and often loaded with undesirables. Dirty water; the biggest killer of people and animals down the centuries. Foul air. Modern medicines. 5G. Stress. Accidents. Some can be avoided. Others cannot.

What then is this new approach? The title of this topic.

In a nutshell itis to embrace nature and educate ourselves on what makes for a good life. Nutritious food. Clean water and air. A rethink of modern medicine. Unnecessary except in the most extreme instances (dagger in one's back). Avoiding modern medical interventions. Education on rest and exercise. The ability to deal with stress; that will surely come our way.

Ah yes! A rethink on modern medicines. Yes! There are always root causes to an illness. The answer is to get to those root causes and address them. The answer is not going along to the doctor to get a bag full of pills. They will only suppress the symptoms that we went to see the medical expert in the first place.

Given the stranglehold that Big Pharma has. How can a rethink even get started? It needs to start at school. I would say that education children on health should start from 7/8 years. And not the 'coughs and sneezes spread diseases' trope either. Understanding nature is paramount. After all nature is us. We are nature.

Let's discuss.

One aspect which is too often overlooked is chronic lack of sleep. Just one hour less than what you're supposed to get is enough, over time, to considerably weaken you… and you can see it on people's faces: stress marks and deep wrinkles around the eyes in your 40s isn't normal. Chronic dehydration is another one. How many people virtually never actually drink plain water? The problems this causes are numerous and exponential.

Only one is theory.......pathogens are a fact.

Not having enough sex

First solve the mental health problem.

Then, all else will fall into place.

Germ Theory v Terrain Fact.

Another way of looking at it. The myth of viruses v the truth of nature.

Children need to be properly educated about their own health. Both in real time and for their future.

If they have the knowledge, they will be far less likely to submit to the fear porn, and believe the nonsense that seems to arrive through the MSM every day. As they grow into adults things will have to change. They, and their own children, will not be so easily fooled as people were during the covid era. They will say 'no thanks' when being offered the needle solution to a made up epidemic. Even if they are assured that it bang up to date medical technology, and proved to be safe and effective by AI.

But!!! I'll not be holding my breath on the deep state - Big Pharma section - rolling over and letting the changes take place.

There is a massive drive, albeit steady as she goes, throughout the west, to curtail info on the www. It is the internet that is our friend at the moment. But it's becoming more and more regulated. Why? To stop the flipside of the authorities' stories being expressed. And the health of the world is one of those major issues.

Must ask the reader; when was the last time the 'Germ Theory' was seriously challenged/questioned on MSM? I have to go back to the autumn of1991. There was an article in the ES Magazine entitled; "Vaccines - the hidden dangers." That particular mag is impossible to find anywhere now.

Education is the key. We must break through ignorance and awaken the apathetic slumber of the populace. The experts in white coats are not there for us. Incedingly, since WW2 IMO, they are deeper into the pocket of Big Pharma. And compromised authorities, whose job it is to firstly protect, do nothing of the sort.
