The Importance of Maintaining Flexibility to Avoid Costs of Pedicures: And, Why? Dear Folks, Here is a bit of news you can use. But first, a question: How many of you older TV-Members are still able to cut your toenails without assistance? Such a question! And it really should be submitted here as a TV-Poll….(but I do not know how to create a Poll, and never will…) If you are unable to do so, i.e. touch your toes, by yourself, and if you must rely on GFs or Wives, then why? Is this due to too much beer drinking? I would bet BEER-DRINKING is the main cause of your deterioration to the point at which,...even cutting your own toenails is now completely beyond your capabilities, just as you probably are unable to see your toes, even if you could reach them. Most members, my age, probably could not reach their toenails, even if their arms were long enough to cut them. How depressing and shameful is this? I can still cut my own toenails, but I must admit that I must first exhale, completely, before doing so. I know that most of you guys, if you were honest, know the feeling. Well, I just hope that, in this life, I am never reduced to the point at which I will need to stoop so low as to ask some girl to cut my toenails, for me. Fortunately, if I act now, I can take the necessary steps to avoid this encroaching/impending outcome. As we all realize, the older we get, then the further away our feet seem to become. This reality is just too depressing for words. I still have a few good years ahead of me, as do you. Therefore, what is the best way to regain enough flexibility to be able to easily cut one’s toenails, without straining? My conviction is that my best choice would be to hire some female trainer to help me become more flexible, without too much pain. I am going to look into this strategy tomorrow, since if I put this off, even one more day, then my natural proclivity to procrastinate will lead to another week of delay, and then another. Such is the story of my life, or has been, at times. But, this time, I will take stock of my predicament, and get on the stick. Living a life in which one’s toenails are beyond one is something that I thought unconscionable, when I was younger. Yet, somehow, I am reaching the point of no return. So, it is now or never. I just need to find a good and young female trainer, to show me how it is done. There is no doubt that there are many here who are in the same boat as I.
