Those who say "Yes" will be put on a list, and then contacted telling them "Dolly Parton left you $27,459,227 (twenty-seven million four hundred fifty nine thousand two hundred twenty seven dollars) in her will, and for a "small" handling fee of $4500, the funds will be released to you."

Since Trump is going to be giving them $5000 come November, they'd be happy with that rate of return.
