Getting a judicial divorce with the Thai wife after a few years separation. I have no Thai assets as I have only ever visited on a tourist visa and no joint accounts. the only UK assets I have since marriage is cash in the bank in my bank account. At what stage of the divorce do I have to declare my UK assets? How does it get divided as Thai courts have no jurisdiction to look at this? Will it effectively be a compromise agreement?
