I don't know of any tool hire companies in Thailand..I suppose they might exist ???

Perhaps ask one of the aircon cleaning companies if you could use theirs for a day.

There's tool hire companies in TH, but, pressure washers for home use, are so inexpensive, most just buy one. If buying, just make sure it has 2 'wands' for high and low pressure. As you don't want to take the paint off your car.

We had an inexpensive one, years ago, and lasted suprisingly long, and got quite a bit of use during and at end of rainy season. We have no need for one now. DIY chains carry them
