IDP and 5-Year License Renewal at DLT Bang Chak (Bangkok 3)

Hello.

I have a few questions about an upcoming renewal appointment I have for 2 5-year Thai DLs (car and motorbike). I'm pretty sure I'll have all the docs in order.

1. Are two residence certificates needed as I'm renewing both licenses? Or is 1 original and 1 copy (likely made ahead of time) accepted?

2. Are the online videos I need to watch working on the DLT's website? I normally use Google Chrome but can switch to a better browser if needed.

3. The health certificate must be issued within 30 days yes? Also, is 1 original + 1 copy acceptable?

4. Is an appointment needed for an IDP? (not needed until April but want to plan ahead).

5. What documents are needed for the IDP? Are they likely to accept another copy of my Residence Certificate if I'm able to do a walk-in on the same day I get my license(s) renewed?

6. In the USA, AAA (US issuer of IDPs) will allow you to start your IDP 6-months after you apply for it. Is that possible in Thailand?
