I Need A Kra Ya Sart Recipe

Featured Replies

This is all I could find. But need to know amounts of each item.

“Kra Ya Sart” Kra ya sart is a cookie that is made of popped rice, peanuts, sesame, coconut and brown sugar that is mixed together and cooked on a stove until it sticks together. When it is cold, it is crispy and then it wrapped with green banana leaf.

I think its กระยาสารท in Thai.

There seem to be recipes on Google for this (unfortunately all in Thai), but with a dictionary it should be possible to decipher them.
