I Need A Kra Ya Sart Recipe

This is all I could find. But need to know amounts of each item.

“Kra Ya Sart” Kra ya sart is a cookie that is made of popped rice, peanuts, sesame, coconut and brown sugar that is mixed together and cooked on a stove until it sticks together. When it is cold, it is crispy and then it wrapped with green banana leaf.

I think its กระยาสารท in Thai.

There seem to be recipes on Google for this (unfortunately all in Thai), but with a dictionary it should be possible to decipher them.

Please, don't think I am a mean girl..But I belive you buy Ka yasart from Th and sending the Item via a parcel is the easiest way

However, i try to translate the recipe from Th to Eng (Post 2# , katana)

:

Cane Juice 500 g

Coconut milk 500 g

pounded unripe rice ; shredded rice grain 500g

Peanut 500g

Sesame seed 500 g

Popped rice 100 g

Liquid glucose 100g
