Just doing some research...

Is the option to apply for PR based on investing 10 million baht still an option? Or is this option no longer offered? If still available, does anyone have a link to the relevant requirements/regulations?

(I'm not about to fork out 10 million, but I do want to understand what 'routes' to PR are still available, especially for the 'not-working-LoS-but-with-decent-overseas-income' group)

No, that option was cancelled a few years back. Some incompetent lawyers still give informational brochures that include this as an option though.
