Pepe'
We have a neighborhood pub here that has microbrews that run 8 to 10 %. They are in the double IPA, strong ale family. Two of those and you're good to go... Still never had a hangover like the one from those "Sings."

raro
Had the same experience after last TV pissup in Patters - just change the beverage into Chang. Pretty confident I only had 6 or so Changs. Don't remember getting back to the hotel. I was sick as a fk for the next day or so. Another chang was last thing on my mind. But we remember you very well looking for the exit door......

percy2
My worst ever hangover's came from Amarit draft.(I'm not a quick learner)Cheers -------------------- Who makes that beer? It was/is? made at the Thai Amarit brewery which was subsequently bought by San Miguel. Cheers
Firefan
The San Miguel light is still 5%, but some might find it lacking in taste. Personally I like crisp beers like that in hot weather. The Singha Light is 3.5% but unlike other low-alcohol beers I agree it manages to still not feel too watery. I guess I will have to do a test trial between the 2! BM; when are you in Thailand again so we can get that done? Cheers!
Jockstar
Singha is the worst Thai beer for a hangover. IMHO. Never buy the stuff. But if its free i'll drink it.

dubwise
Im sorry but to those who are singing its praises : Singa Light is an utterly repulsive drink! I think I would rather drink normal Sing and accept the next days fate than put that disgusting c**p into my system!
