Homes Overseas Exibition

The upcoming 'Homes Overseas Exibition' is currently being advertised in the UK sunday papers. However, there seems to be a lack or representation for our beloved LOS. I think this follows from the previous exibition when not one condo or house was sold - such a shame

I have done several of these exhibitions namely Property Investor, A Place in the Sun, and Househunters in Dublin and they are the best way to blow a hole in your advertising budget with a 20m2 stand costing about 8000GBP meaning youll blow 10K in one weekend if you include the cost of flights, hotels, literature etc....

For an agency you'd have to sell 3 properties just to break even.

Maybe the Thai developers and Agencies can make this kind of money work better advertising elsewhere.
