Nataraja Posted September 12, 2007 Share Posted September 12, 2007 Donald Rumsfeld was giving the President his daily briefing and concluded by saying, “Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed in an accident”. “Oh my God!” the President exclaimed. “That’s terrible”. His staff sat there stunned at the display of emotion, nervously watching as the President slumped, head in hands.
