couple of years ago i asked one of the girls in McD's the very same question (in Emporium shopping mall if i remember correct)

Her reply was 20 baht an hour. That was then, maybe a little more now

As for mangers, don't know

i would guess 30-40 baht an hour and as for the manager having a degree and been through Mc'd training program here in los i would think about 14 - 16000 a month but i could be wrong but as we all know the wages are lower here, just like there prices
