trajan Posted September 15, 2007 Share Posted September 15, 2007 (edited) yup, but not recently, about 4+ yrs ago....HSBC Bangkok....they extended the Baht condo loan to the company and I personally guaranteed it.... they would only extend a 10 yr loan (I understand that Thai nationals can get a much longer term), but its moot because I just paid it off early ..... that feels good.... you also might wanna try UOB (Thailand), they sent me brochures recently for condo mortgage loans to foreigners...do a search on this forum for details.... I will thanks. Anyway I heard of 8% fixed interest rate mortgages for a max. period of 5/10 years being offered on the market at the moment.
