As long as you use a Thai Sim Card in Thailand it's free!

If you use a Sim Card from a different Country as a kind of Roaming it's NOT free!

Free :o Thats why someone rings u and wants u to ring them back. :D

There's a few incoming sms services that are not free, but other than that everything incoming is typically free. I believe I was charged 40 satang per incoming message from the Yahoo messenging network. I would have never known until a friend pointed it out.
