Tips on dealing with the regional SSA office in Manila
It's not just Manila. I first informed SSA of an error in June '20 and then reminded them by filing a 561 directly with Baltimore every two years.... thank god I didn't hold my breath....it's still messed up. Not just mine... SSA is paying my wife two benefits at the same time. That's definitely an error that is 100% on them. I informed them of their error soon after it started. We'll pay them back as soon as they are ready to calculate the total due because that is not the only issue with her benefits. -
