Neeranam
I wonder how many of Thai visa members can touch their toes. I used to be able to do it a few years back but can't do it now with straight legs,

Plus
Many many years ago my first yoga lesson was that one can judge how much life left in him by how far he can stretch forward. Your back is becoming stiff, not a very good sign. Nothing a few yoga lesson can't cure. I took it up again about a year ago and it DOES make a difference. suegha
Yoga is ok, but Iam not sure what yaga is As long as you do it as a keep-fit pursuit and not as a 'spiritual thing', it's great!

Pundi64
With they way the Thai's are comming up with new Immagration & Bussiness Laws,(every other month or so) we are all going to have to learn to do this, along with having some lubricant, to ease the pain of rear entry. Patsycat
Probably like most of you i got up off the chair and tried!! And I can do it but it does hurt a bit behind my ankles. I can also still put my left leg behind my head - but that's another story....
geriatrickid
I sometimes do that when I tie my shoes, much to the delight of a friend who derives a perverse sadistic pleasure in sticking an ice cube down the backside space. Perhaps I should have posted this in the thai humour thread. Edited September 26, 2007 by geriatrickid
Jet Gorgon
hehe. Like Patsykitty, I had to get up and try. Yep, can do. But I also do stretch exercises everyday and walk alot. Wish I could swim, but I refuse to get into a chlorine pool with unwashed fellow countrymen. 555 The only thing I have lost lately is my balance, so maybe yoga would help. Thanks, Neeranam, that was a good test.
Scott
Well, of course I can---oh, you said toes, I thought it was nose. Well, I can touch them, but I just can't get back up again!
