Bangkokair Ticket Counter

Featured Replies

Hi:

What time does the Bangkok Air ticket counter open at Sukxxxxxx Airport. We arrive at midnight from Tokyo and would like to fly to Koh Samui the following morning - 06:00 AM. We plan to endure the wait at the airport. I would book 2 tickets online, but we do not have a credit card.

Thanks.

They're open 24/7 as far as I know...they were definitely open at 4:30-5AM, when I arrived to get on a 6AM flight.

Sorry I don't know what time their office opens ,but if you can I'd try and get tickets for the early flight through an agent before you leave as that flight books out a lot.

I also dont know the answer but from what I have seen the budget airline booths are usually staffed starting about 2 hours before a departure so I wouldn't expect them to be open all night.

You could try calling them. for the info.

GusG is right. That is a very popular flight and books out very quickly for several reasons. Generally the first and last flight of the day on Bangkok Airways is the cheapest, sometimes by 50pct. Also like yourself many people arrive late the night before and have booked this as their first flight out. I work for one of the major carriers that arrives here very late and always have many passengers on that first flight out. But I would not worry too much as they have flight every 40 minutes, but if it is a long weekend or a Friday you may wait awhile!
