Service Information: 1. The bank will process your International Funds Transfer instruction during working hours (8.30 - 16.30 hrs.). For a transfer instruction after 16.30 hrs., the transaction will be processed on the following working day. 2. Applicable exchange raters are based on the Bank's counter "Selling Rate" prevailing at the time of the transaction. For the transaction made after working hours (16.30 hrs.) or on banking holidays, the Bank will use the first round of the exchange rate published on the following working day. 3.
