Like this one: This one is produced by a Taiwanese firm and aviable in US for about $500. I'm afraid to order anything on the Internet because I think Thai customs make the prices doubled. So i think I have to first to look for it here. It should be available in shops dedicated for dentists stuff. I have seen many dentists rooms with such a thing.
