October 1, 200718 yr Hi, wondering if the experts can clarify this for my friend, he is earning 35k from overseas and month his wife 15k a month, can he extend his non o marriage visa with this capital in their banks every month? I mentioned that I think if the joint income is 40k a month or over he can extend the non o. Thanks in advance for any info shared. TT
October 1, 200718 yr He will have to present Embassy letter of the 35k income and she will have to present tax receipts for at least three months. The rule is combined income of 40k so they should be OK.
October 1, 200718 yr Author Thanks for that Lopburi, I was just thinking about her tax payments reciepts, as my gf is working with around the same salary a month but I'm sure she said she doesnt pays tax as her salary is too low for taxable, so maybe she needs to just show her pay slips with his income certified by the Embassy. thanks for all the info shall pass it on!
October 1, 200718 yr You don't actually have to pay any taxes to get form 91 from the tax department. You do howerver, have to file. They'll give you a reciept '0' due. That will show imm the amount of income and that you are square with the tax dept.
