October 4, 200718 yr The Lanna Dog Rescue non-profit group is a small shelter out past the super-highway on the road to Prao. The dogs run free (and all have fleas and ticks) but the staff is doing the best they can with very limited resources. Most of the 50 or so dogs are are older and will probably never be adopted. Arriving to work one morning last week, they found four 5-week old pups in a sack, tossed into the grounds overnight. They need families, and I promised the manager, Mrs. Roshan, that I'd post something here. There is no charge, although donations are gratefully accepted. So, go get a loyal companion and make merit at the same time! I assume posting contact info is okay for a charitable organization. Lanna Dog Rescue www.lannadog.net 081-6036065 (English)
