Avoid Ayudhya Bank

Featured Replies

I have for many years already 2 accounts in Ayudhya bank .

I have seen a downsize to their level of service the last months

1) One friend made a mistake in using uis ATM pin 3 times recently

Now he must fulfill a document on internet and send it to Bangkok. His branch was with no help

2)I tried 2 month ago to open a third account.They wanted I went to immigration to have …well I don’t remember…a document????

I went the next door in the Kasikornbank branch and 30 minutes later I had a new account with ATM and internet access running the day after

3) Ayudhya bank decided end august to upgrade (hum) their onlinebanking sytem. No transfer facilities available during some weeks. No apologise for inconvenience…

.After that I transferred some amounts to other accounts inside the bank

4)Today I tried again to transfer money. No no .Must do the whole process from scratch.

Must send them again a document with the accounts to which I want to transfer money

I will surely do that but in Kasikornbank.

Just have to transfer my automatic payments (telephone and electricity) and bye bye Ayudhya bank

I hear you loud and clear on the Third party transfers. Not impressed!, have closed shop and use only UOB now. Service was always great though!
