Press Report : Malaysian Press News (Friday) Malaysian gunned down in Hatyai,

South Thailand (Thailand's Third City).

A 44-year-old Malaysian (of Chinese origin) from Kuala Lumpur was shot five times by two

assailants on a motorcycle around 8pm in Hatyai city. He died on the spot in his car.

The report stated that the the killing would be centred on business rivalry, as the killing

is believed to involve hired killers.

For the past few years, there were reports of hired killers gunning down foreigners and

locals as well, particularly when business rivalry is involved.
