selavy59 Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 I have a non imm 'O' visa and my 15 month stay will soon come to an end *sobs*. Is it possible to extend my stay by going to the border and getting a 30 day visitor visa? Or do I have to return to the UK? Simon.
lopburi3 Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 You can exit Thailand, enter another country and then return to obtain a 30 day visa exempt stamp or you can visit a Consulate and buy a tourist visa in another country and to obtain a 60 day stamp.

You can go to a border and get a 30 entry stamp or you can go to a Thai embassy in a neighbouring country and get a 60 day tourist visa that can then be extended at immigration in Thailand for a further 30 days giving you 90 days in total.
