My wife and I have just finished a magor upgrade of our new apartment and bungalows in Sai Yuan and is now ready for rent. In the heigh seson from Nov to Marts - 9000 bath a month or 500 a day, all have aircon, hotwater, fans, funishire and outside patio, common garden sala. see old pictures on <web address deleted by moderator - please PM the OP for more information> In low season from 6000 bath a month.
