Well...as I posted in the thread, we're going to KL. I'm guessing most of the stuff will be solved when we get there, I just like to worry way too much

Anything else than passport and some pictures we really need to bring?

And as we're lazy and not too concerned about money I think we'll try to find some kind of visa agent. You don't happen to know any good realiable such in KL?

And oh yeah, what time do you have to be there in the morning? If we take an early flight and get to Malaysia about 10am, can we apply for TV that day?

Pick up time 2pm the next day I know now

Maybe we shouldn't rush to much anyway, KL is supposed to be really nice.

hey up jonas, kl is nice, and worry, i do all the time, worry that is! right answears for ya!

1 airasia.com normally the cheapest, so i use em, you can book on line or phone from thailand 025159999, and if ya havent got a credit card you can pay at 7/11 shop its easy as owt!

flight from bkk to pennang kl singapore are all roughly same about 7ish !

2 if you want a hotel ,on airasia.com the do a pakage with a hotel and to be fair prices are ok, if you walk in any hotel after dinner time in the afternoon any country in the world they will think your desparate, so they will give you full tariff!, thats fact!

there are lots of cheaper hotels there, but as most places, cheaper can mean dodgy areas!

3 now when you hand in your passport to Thai embassy dont forget they will need a copy at hotel to check in!

4 so you get to kl in the morning i cant remember the time i think its about 9.30 kl time but thats enough time to get you in a taxi to embassy!

i wouldnt get an agent unless really lazy cos its all part of the learning process and its cheaper to do it yourself.

but if you need ask a taxi driver they can normally steer you in the right direction, but again most taxis will take you for a ride!

5 embassy stright forward as you said 2 passport photos fill a form in pay the beer tokens about 110 ringets (about 1100 bhat roughly i think! )and your away!
