How can I retrieve my mail? HELP dont know what browser you are using, i sometimes have to alternate between firefox,opera and ie, that usually does the trick. dominique355 Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 I had a similar problem accessing my Yahoo mail. While I was able to access my.yahoo.com with my name and password, I could not go on to access my mail. It just would not load. I contacted Yahoo, but they were unable to help. Finally, I deleted all me private data in the (Firefox) browser (Ctrl + Shift + Del), including cookies, browser etc., restarted Firefox and ... voilà ... Yahoo mail was there.
