We are planning to rent a house in Hua Hin. Where is the best area to stay in, north or south Hua Hin. Where is the best beach?

I prefer centre of town and south.

To the north is quite flat and the hills are farther away. Going south is prettier to me. Best beaches are to the south of town, IMO.
