It's really pretty simple meal to do. Just boil up the chicken. Let it cool down and peel the meat off. Make the sauce out of Black Bean sauce, chopped garlic & peppers. Dice up a cucumber, throw a few green onions on a plate and away you go! Great little meal. Oh yeah, don't forget the obligitory jasmine rice!

True - I think the Chicken part is fairly easy.

The secret is in the rice however!
