pilgrim2505
What if? is it possible to apply for a family permit on a UK passport and have a letter of nationality from a hosting embassy? Long shot but time in country is running out and Dutch passport far to slow to be produced. Pilgrim.
vinny
See also 21.4.7 Dual nationals / Irish / EEA nationals holding settled status If dual nationality is mentioned by the applicant, you should explain the choice of whether to come under the Immigration Rules or EC law but should make clear that evidence of EEA nationality (for example EEA passport) will be required. A possible entitlement to dual citizenship (for example birth in Ireland) is not sufficient. Best to ask the ECO if a letter of nationality is acceptable. A UK passport may be sufficient under certain circumstances. See also 21.4.8 Non-EEA Family Members of British Nationals (Surinder Singh cases).
