Bananaman Posted November 8, 2007 Share Posted November 8, 2007 Can anyone state with any authority which country is the cheaper for buying hardware, the UK or Thailand (bearing in mind some pretty competitive prices online from UK/EU sites)? sahprite Posted November 8, 2007 Share Posted November 8, 2007 I recently went back to the UK and bought a Sony laptop that was 400 pounds cheaper than here. Yes, 400. My mate bought an Acer that was 150 pounds cheaper than here. Definately more choice in the UK and a lot of competitive prices online as you said. The only downside was the guarantee.
